Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at premiumproducts004 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

As this is a personal care product, we do not accept change of mind returns. All sales are final unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at premiumproducts004@gmail.com.

European Union
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase
